Nicholas Laudico

Nick Laudico is Secretary and has served on the KCD PR Advisory Board since the inception of KCD PR in March of 2009. He is currently Senior Vice President at The Ruth Group, a New York-based investor relations and marketing communications agency, where he has been since 2003. Nick counsels clients on investor and corporate communications strategies and managed several investor relations programs for pre-IPO and newly public companies on all major exchanges. He is also experienced in communications counsel for a wide range of transactions, including follow-on equity offerings, debt offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in the healthcare, technology and financial services sectors.
Prior to joining The Ruth Group, Nick was at Brainerd Communicators where he focused on strategic corporate communications campaigns for Fortune 500 cable and broadcasting companies, such as Comcast and Liberty Media, as well as motion picture corporations Pixar and Viacom. Prior to that, he was at Travers Collins and Company, a full-service marketing communications agency. He also serves on the board of directors at In-Line Healthcare Consulting, a hospital implant purchasing consultancy. He received a bachelor of arts from the University at Buffalo.
