KCD PR President Kevin Dinino is regarded as a leader in financial public relations and strategic communications. He works closely with his team to ensure all clients receive sound counsel, effective solutions, and impactful results.
Before launching KCD PR in 2009, Kevin served as Vice President of Public Relations for LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent brokerage firm, where he managed the public relations department and provided strategic communications direction to the executive team. He is an industry and Wall Street veteran and a sought-after source for public relations and marketing insights relating to finance, high tech, cybersecurity, and other related topics. Through his years in public relations, Kevin has developed influential relationships and secured coverage in major media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, BusinessWeek, and CNBC.
Kevin is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo, where he earned a B.A. in Public Communication, and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). He resides in beautiful San Diego with his wife.
Tony Vignieri is VP, Director of Media Relations at KCD PR. He is responsible for handling media strategy and public relations activities for clients in the finance, high tech, and transportation spaces.
Prior to joining our team, Tony held the role of Vice President of Media and Public Relations at LPL Financial. His background includes serving as Chief of Corporate Communications at Vistage International, and he started his career as a broadcast journalist for ABC and CBS News affiliates in New York, Minneapolis, and Houston. He has received three Telly Video Awards, four Associated Press awards, two Page One awards, and a national public relations award.
A father of four and an avid tennis player, Tony resides in Carlsbad, CA with his wife Elizabeth.
Janette is a key member of KCD PR’s specialized M&A deal and strategy team. She helps KCD PR’s clients expand into new markets and launch new businesses. She has an extensive background in M&A deal communications, post M&A strategy and implementation, and leading go-to-market plans for financial services companies.
Prior to joining KCD PR, she developed and executed marketing strategies in the broker-dealer and RIA spaces, and has led post-M&A integration of marketing and communications efforts in the financial industry. Janette’s launch experience includes advisory, asset allocation, and practice management programs. While living in Australia, Janette was the investor relations manager for GPT, a publicly listed REIT.
Janette is a charterholder of the International Mergers & Acquisitions Professional designation with the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances. She earned her MBA in Entrepreneurship from Concordia University in Irvine, California. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, major in Marketing, from Charles Sturt University in Australia. She lives in California and Arizona with her husband and their children.
Ryan Walker is a Director with KCD PR, based in New York, NY. He is responsible for driving media relations and thought leadership activities for several of the agency’s technology and financial services clients. He also is a key member of the agency’s crisis communications team, building on over a decade of corporate communications experience covering the financial, technology and professional services sectors.
Prior to joining KCD, Ryan served in Edelman New York’s Financial Communications practice where he advised clients on announcements, regulations, content creation and media relations. Before joining Edelman, Ryan worked for M Booth & Associates’ corporate communications practice, where he specialized in research, thought leadership and executive visibility projects for the agency’s largest client, American Express. Additionally, he also led media relations activities for Amex’s advocacy efforts around exporting for small businesses.
Aside from his work in the corporate practice, Ryan also developed and led the Reputation Management offering for M Booth, where he helped counsel clients on privacy and security violations, protests, and product malfunctions, among others.
In addition to his experience at M Booth, Ryan earned his MBA from Babson College in 2015. Prior to attending Babson, Ryan worked in Edelman New York’s tech practice for clients such as Juniper Networks and Canon. During his time at Babson, Ryan also worked in Edelman New York’s management consulting practice.
Gabe Uribe is an Emerging Technology Specialist and has over twelve years of public relations leadership experience, with an emphasis on technologies such as AI, IoT, streaming media, blockchain, cybersecurity, VR/AR, virtual assistants, machine learning, telematics and voice recognition. In his role at KCD PR, Gabe works closely with the agency’s technology clients on strategic communications, media relations and executive visibility.
Over the years, Gabe has developed public relations campaigns for several industry category leaders. Most notably, Gabe has overseen and led campaigns on behalf of Epson, Ericsson/iconectiv, Nuance Communications, Pioneer and Tubi. Prior to his time working in the technology sector, he worked in the entertainment industry. Gabe began his public relations career focusing on talent and TV development, as well as celebrity branding.
Alicia is a Director at KCD PR, bringing to the agency over 14 years PR experience in the US and UK developing, managing and executing a wide range of strategic campaigns for high profile brands including the likes of Salesforce.com, Barclays Bank, AT&T, BT, Mastercard, Clear Channel Outdoor and L’Oreal. She is a results-driven PR professional with a passion for creatively communicating ideas and concepts for clients in order to drive their business forward. Alicia acts as a day-to-day account lead on core accounts, providing senior level counsel, strategy and planning, project and team management, top tier media relations, ideas development and acting as a key point of contact for press and partners.
Alicia has particularly deep roots in tech, B2B and corporate PR, beginning her PR career with LEWIS PR where she led the Salesforce.com account, developing and executing thought leadership campaigns, managing the day-to-day press office, and securing high profile media attendance and interviews at Dreamforce – the company’s annual user conference. She has also led campaigns for BT, the UK’s largest telecommunications company, managing briefs across BT Business, BT Consumer and BT Corporate for her previous agency Fleishman Hillard Fishburn.
Her tech experience spans artificial intelligence, robotics, cloud-computing, security, hardware, mobile apps, ecommerce, agile software, biometric technology, virtual worlds/gaming and telecommunications to name a few.
Alicia graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Communications.
Stéphane Deuvaert is Lead Developer at KCD PR. He is responsible for managing Web Design & Development, SEO and KCD PR’s technology needs.
Stéphane has 18+ years of full stack web development including the latest and greatest front-end and serverless technologies. In addition to technical competence, Stéphane takes a strategic view of a company’s online assets, helping them clarify and succeed at various marketing and business development goals.
Stéphane holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz where he majored in psychology. In his free time he enjoys playing and designing board games. You can also catch him performing at the local improv theater.
Joe is a strategic communications executive with more than two decades of experience advising corporations and C-suite executives on their PR and marketing strategies. Based in New York, Joe provides counsel to KCD PR clients on corporate communications and executive visibility campaigns to drive brand awareness and support business goals. He has expertise in financial communications for IPOs, M&A and corporate restructuring.
Joe has led hundreds of media training and coaching sessions for senior level executives, and has supported clients across a range of industries, including Broadridge Financial Solutions, Iconic Group, Intelsat, JP Morgan Chase, NYSE, New York Times, PwC, and ViaSat, among others.
Prior to founding LoBello Communications, Joe was a Managing Director at Brainerd Communicators leading more than a dozen client relationships over his 15-year tenure at the firm. Before joining Brainerd, Joe worked for Stanton Crenshaw Communications, Thompson Financial and New York State Senator Norman J. Levy.
Joe graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and received his Master of Arts in Government and Politics from St. John’s University.
