The Challenge

Noble Gold Investments (“Noble Gold”) is a precious metals IRA investment firm located in Los Angeles. The firm had the exclusive rights to the first gold depository located in Texas and approached KCD PR to assist with the rollout of this announcement. Despite this significant news, Noble Gold was competing in a challenging environment and struggling in terms of driving national media awareness for its business. Furthermore, the firm’s marketing initiatives were sporadic, uncoordinated and executed without a strategic approach.

The communications plan positioned CEO Charles Thorngren as an expert in the precious metals, IRA and fund investment arenas. KCD PR consistently secured earned media coverage for Noble Gold in top-tier outlets including Bloomberg, US World & News Report and Reuters, as well as live coverage on NPR Marketplace and C-Suite TV, among others.

The Results

The overwhelming success of the PR campaign led Noble Gold to decide to house all their marketing efforts with KCD PR. KCD PR developed and managed a fully-integrated marketing plan, which included all inbound and outbound marketing for the brand: the content marketing and landing page creation with paired offers, video scriptwriting, CRM management, SEO and UX, and the social media strategy and execution.
